why does no one like me?

i had no friends in high school, not even people to sit with at lunchtime, and my core memories consist of watching tiktok alone in my room. i didn’t make any friends or get invited to any parties bc i didn’t know anybody my freshman year, rushed as a sophomore, got dropped from every house, rushed COB and faked my personality to get a bid, and now i have no friends in my current house. what’s wrong with me and why can’t i seem to make any friends no matter what? i’ve tried talking to people, running for a position, asking people if they’d like to hangout or get dinner at the house and i’ve just been ignored, left on read or got canceled on last minute. i see posts about how people used to drink with their friends at 15 and how their PC ordered fakes together and meanwhile i’m so jealous of their experiences. am i just out of luck? does it ever get better?

even my big doesn’t talk to me, i know she only picked me because she only went on 2 big/little dates and i was the only other option. this halloweekend i had nobody to do stuff with, i asked some girls i want to get to know better if i could pregame with them and they all flaked on me so i ended up just crying in my room. when does it get better?

Drop your sorority, and do it quickly so that you're not stuck having to live with a bunch of people you don't really know. It will hurt at first but at the end of the day it's better to be around less people than those who treat you bad.

It’s most likely your personality. This post isn’t how sorority girls talk about their rush experience. Also you’re a sophomore in a PC that is mostly filled with freshman while the sophomores who rushed last year have already made their clique - awkward. And if this truly a bottom house, and your big isn’t even nice, just drop the house. This is your inside peek on sororities, no point in staying for a bunch of mean girls and having to live with them
