by: straight upPeople are gonna tell you that Aphi is top, the girls in it are 99% miserable and literally trained to finesse you into believing they aren’t during recruitment. Not to mention how many girls in aphi leave purdue for horrible grades/drop the house because of how toxic it is. Kappa did a “come as you are” theme but quite literally will try to change you into someone you’re not to fit their mold. Before you choose a house based on rank consider how fake a lot of these girls are because they are chasing a name and not actual peace and happiness within a sisterhood. -someone who has heard way too many horror stories and witnessed it myself

Alpha Phi is a top sorority all over the country, especially in Indiana, do you really think girls aren’t picking it for a reason? Thousands of girls desire the two top houses and thousands will continue to do so. Every house has mean girls, doesn’t tell you anything about what it’s actually like. These girls are genuine and authentic people, and all the “horror stories” you read on here are from stupid geeds who have no plans on Friday nights besides to sit on GreekRank and spam.

So I guess A phi’s national’s recruitment tactics to have their prettiest members recruit only ‘attractive gorgeous’ girls while not so attractive members sit behind closed doors isn’t a reason why their ‘top’ all over the country.
Everyone on GR only thinks top houses are based on looks. So when a house is full of lookers- the better frats will want to pair with them.
