Are SK and AOII on the same level? Currently debating between the two

SK is considered "cooler" and is better regarded amongst the frats, AOII has a way nicer house and some real party animals, both have a solid mix of girls with some that are very cool and some girls not so much, depends on what you're looking for out of a house

I wouldn't recommend banking on fall COB if you can help it -- houses will only be able to COB for how far under quota they are which is usually only a couple spots (if any at all) at any house considered "cooler" than agd/gphi/aoii (since all the better houses generally are able to make quota or very close to it)
