Nobody cares about DZ. I bet this is a Tri Delt saying this so that people focus on DZ instead of questioning why Tri Delt is on here. I remember they did that with Zeta a while back too

Tri Delts and Zeta are competing for the most self ranking. Tri Delts has been doing it for years. Zeta decided to follow this trend more recently. Both solid mid houses; just not top! Zeta is more discreet. Just casually mentioning top houses and listing their house 2nd. Tri Delts is like a semi truck on more than one way!!
