parties and frats

Hi how can I easily find and make friends with tons of frat guys to go to parties? Or do any frats throw parties without needing to be on a list to go?

for any good party you need to be on the list, if you don't join a house you may still be able to get on a list by being friends with people throughout like classes and stuff ... etc. but must frat guys don't rlly tend to invite geeds
