Theta chi sig chi trends and rush advice

Feel like it’s not talked about enough. No this isn’t a theta chi love post, but just think about it. They went from a mid house to one of the tops. That’s pretty cool. But we aren’t focusing on that. Let’s focus on everywhere you can rush. Don’t put rankings into account when you rush. Find your guys and the guys who hold the same values as you. The fruity chi guys did not all of the sudden change every dude in their house. They did not change their personalities to become a top house. They are the same guys people said were mid the year before. Again this isn’t a post praising theta chi. Just remember houses rise and fall in rankings every year like sig chi who still have some of the same guys in their house when they were a top last year. Rush for what guys fit you best and if you’re a good guy and join a house with good people then you’ll trend up
