3-year Live-in Requirement?

Hi.
Rushing next year. What sororities have a 3-year live in requirement? I may love living in the house, but being required to stay sounds harsh!

I’m a senior and LOVE my house, but no way in hell I would live in as a senior. Two years is the perfect amount of time! Good luck enforcing it! You are going to see a large drop in retention or a large increase in Alumni…not good either way!

tbh I dont know which ones actually have 3 year live ins, but just so you know if you end up checking the panhellenic website each chapter lists their live in requirements but a bunch of them are wrong. Theres multiple that say their live in is 1 yr or 3 yrs when now its just 2.
