some updates and why

Top:
Aphi, kappa: both the most selective and “most desired” during recruitment. Aphi is more influencer/new money/cali girl vibes if that makes sense. Kappa is more party/old money/ carmel girls. Not very inclusive, and although top, beware bullying.
Zeta/Tri Delt- Based on the social scene these two are next. Zeta is more girl next door and small town vibes and Tri Delt is city girl party vibes. Both also well desired during recruitment and these girls will be seen at any relevant function.
AXO- known for being diverse/ unique and honestly has a pretty strong sisterhood. I used to think a few years ago that they seemed very fake but I think now they’re honestly a strong house.

Upper mid:
Chi o/DG: chi o used to be considered “lower top” maybe last year or two years ago but has had some scandals/probation that had dropped them. They’re kind of becoming irrelevant but still a good house and do amazing at recruitment. They are very girl next door vibes and smart. DG has proven themselves to be even with chi o especially after 2022 recruitment. Their physical house sucks which hurts them but still do great despite that.

Pi Phi- Pi Phi has been falling. They used to be solid upper mid but now is getting closer to just mid. I think DG has passed them at this point but they have the possibility to bounce back. They’re fun girls who may be a little wild but honestly i haven’t heard too many bad things about them.

Mid:
DZ, Theta: DZ and Theta are pretty much the same. I would say Theta is a little better than them but they both are more inclusive and take girls of all personalities and locations. Theta has a stronger sisterhood but both are pretty much on the same level as ranks. Solid mid houses.

Lower mid/bottom:
Every other house: We have too many of them that are the same. Unfortunately they are not well wanted and tend to be the last ranked during recruitment. I’m sure there is great girls in these sororities who love it but that’s how it is right now
