What are the worst frats and why?

I’m coming this fall what are bad frats that I DONT want to join so that I know for the future?

Not gonna lie, this isn't the best question, there are no 'bad' fraternities, we have 42 on campus and they are all very different with different strengths and weaknesses, none of them are objectively bad or unsafe IFC makes sure that even the craziest parties here aren't anything crazy. In the end what makes a house good or bad is the people in it, and every house has good and bad people, it just depends who you think you mesh the best with. Do your best to connect with actual brothers in person or on call during rush, anonymous sites like greek rank just allow anyone form any house to bash any other house regardless of what is and isn't true.

Sae
Beta/Delts
Fiji/Theta Chi
Ksig?

SAE delts ksig and theta chi throw the best parties

Beta throws parties on the same level only downfall is no alcohol so heavy pre game

Fiji throws good parties and has great pairs but are limited due to space. You can’t go wrong with any of these houses

Phi psi
Theta Chi
Dsig

No particular order just my opinion

Dsig blows and had an allegation in fall 2022, zbt had a r@pe case in fall 2021, phi psi irrelevant but on the come up and sig chi is slightly relevant but on a hard decline.

I think this next year is gonna be Interesting with phi psi fully off and sigma chi getting ready to make a comeback in the fall. Imo these two houses are far better than ZBT pike dsig and pikapps

Skulls for sure. They only include women on their lists. The guys are dwindling and horrible to eachother. When they are not tripping on acid they are throwing another SA case under the rug

I can say Phi Psi has a lot of solid guys that just got the short end of the stick with 3 years of probo. I think it’s safe to say their parties will be a lot of fun this year.
