One ifc rule change away from disaffiliation

In my opinion, ifc at Purdue is slowly pushing Greek life off the campus. I believe we are one big rule change away from hella frats leaving, would love to hear opinions on this.

Yes IFC does suck but a majority of the policy’s are put in play at the presidents council. This means that the presidents of our organizations are the ones that determine these rules. Example, currently there’s a rule in place only allowing each person to “bring 6 beers” to a function, the presidents have control to change this if they truly wanted to.

And any changes to the IFC bylaws have to be approved by the university so that really throws out any major changes.

I've heard that some huge houses are strongly considering disaffiliating. Some houses are SAE, Beta, KSig, and ZBT
