Just 4 or 5 years ago I visited a guy at Purdue and all I heard was that the top houses included Kappa, Pi Phi, A Phi and Chi O.

Has Chi O slipped this much? Were they even really in the top 4 or 5?

Chi O has slipped some, but out of those four the one that has slipped the most by far is pi phi, they are so mid now
