what srats are doing COB on the low

every spring a bunch of srats take new members without doing any public cob -- last year dz, zeta, and chi o took a ton of new girls and it was all pretty hush hush (unlike like gphi and sdt who keep it all open) anyone know whose doing cob this sem???

So what’s the big deal?? COB doesn’t necessarily mean a group took less than quota in the fall.

Sororities often have girls student teach, go on Co-op or graduate early.
