Honest Fraternity Rankings going into Spring Rush

1. SAE (self explanatory)
2. Theta Chi (decent parties with solid pairings)
3. Delts (still on probo but solid darties)
4. Phi Psi (fresh off probo / sick house)
5. ZBT (largest number of active members)
6. Kappa Sigma (huge fall pc but some weirdos mixed in)
7. PiKapps (solid campus presence)
8. PIKE (halfway decent campus location but again some odd ones in the mix)

I'm rushing. I don't want to join a fraternity that is either on probation or considered alcohol free. OP said that Phi Psi is off of probation. On the website Phi Psi has a bunch of restrictions including alcohol free living with no expiration date. Is this a true restriction or does all of that get ignored?

Not in Fiji, but Fiji should be 2. Classy house that stays out of trouble and pairs as well if not better than SAE. They stay out of trouble and are one of the most consistent houses on campus. Don't get a lot of hype bc they're just a smaller house that does their own thing.

From my understanding, and what I have heard from others on campus -- Phi Psi is off of Probation, but on one more semester of deferred suspension which doesn't mean anything other than they have to try their best to stay out of trouble so that they avoid any further probo.
