HIGH TOP
SAE - solid brotherhood, good reputation, great parties, all-around good house to join
DELTS - good house with solid brotherhood, fun parties, known for fun darties, dudes are pretty funny in my experience

MID TOP
FIJI - brothers think they are way cooler than they are, don't throw often, still have a solid reputation but not where they once were
THETA CHI - haven't met a straight one yet, do not understand the hype but it's still there so they are in this tier, mid parties but at least they are throwing them
PI KAPPS - losing relevancy quickly, decent smart dudes and recently better pledge classes
SIG CHI - probation really hurts them but it is not possible to deny the past, still full of cool dudes

LOW TOP
BETA - should be higher but being a dry house is a major downside, cool dudes but some weirdos too
PHI PSI - solid house, being in major trouble with the university is a negative but as sanctions get lifted expect them to rise
KSIG - pretty good and definitely better than all the houses below them but constantly find themselves in trouble

HIGH MID
ZBT- bad pledge class after bad pledge class, bid people only to fill the house
DSIG - if you really like lizzo this is the perfect house for you
PIKE - pike on the come up?
SIG EP - we are an alcohol-free brotherhood

MID
