theses houses have strong PCs and got the girls they wanted.
XO has fallen off, DZ is a mixed bag.

this is just so wrong. xo did not do COB awhile others in the “top” did. theta/zeta/axo did well but not significantly better. kappa and aphi HAD to do cob

Kappa and aphi did not have to do cob, every house gets about 3 open spots that they can choose to fill after bid day

Not every house. Only sororities who don’t meet total house quota on bid day. APhi and Kappa did COB. Invite only.
