summary of each house’s new pc
kappa- looks pretty good, no diversity whatsoever but thats expected. rly pretty girls tho
aphi- lame asf theme. same as kappa and didnt get a lot of their girls back
chi o- kinda weird? overall okay
pi phi- their theme did not look good lol. pc kinda off brand. solid 6/10
tridelt- mid. kinda expected more.
axo- weird af. not like their old pcs at all. guess they didnt get the girls they wanted back?
phi mu- did a rly good job this szn. a few one offs but good overall
zeta- literally what was that theme. also quite mid but decent overall.
dg- not as good as past yrs but they have been declining anyways. overrated. also, rumor is out they didnt tell their new pc they wont have the house next yr. thats messed up.
theta- weird theme but looked like a good pc
axid- theme was weird. sweatshirts ? anyways. good recruitment szn for them
dz- good ? keeping consistent ish. not quite up to par
sk- kinda impressed. similar to previous pcs and super cute theme.
kd- way better than expected. assuming it’s the new house. theme wasnt bad either.
aopi- same as their previous years. looked like some cute girls ?
phi rho- same as previous years..
agd- seemed okay ? not bad
gphi- it’s gphi
top: aphi, kappa
lower top: chio, dz, theta
upper mid: pi phi, zeta
mid: axid, kd, phi mu
lower mid: dg, axo
lower: aopi, gphi, phi rho
sorry dg and axo, yall need to get ur sht together

axo and dg had incredible retention rates this year and their new pcs are miles over phi mu, axid, and kd. sounds like a lower mid house trying to climb wrote this because all of the top houses are just getting dumped on.
the houses that crushed recruitment: kappa, aphi, axo, pi phi, and dg.
