Dsig actually gets people over to their house consistently to pregame. Girls I talked to have been like I’m going to dsig but never phi delt or pike

Heavily debated them at 10 but they’re on such insane probation and literally had 0 functions last year that I just couldn’t. They’re kinda irrelevant now plus a dry house now

Theta chi was tough but I put them at three purely based off potential. They’re paired with Aphi which shocked everyone and put them on the map. Then their grand prix week they weren’t functioning with mid houses. It was always delts and SAE. The newer guys in the house who are rising juniors and sophomores are dope so it’s all pointing for them to have a “breakout” year and solidify themselves as a top three (3) house. I get it’s controversial though
