What frats need to do to take the next step

This is what the houses should focus on to gain more relevance. These also aren’t in any order just who I think of first
SAE- Really they just need to bud another elite PC and maybe find another frat to function with during football so they’re closer to the stadium (Delts/ Theta Chi) other than that just stay cool
Delts- same as SAE they also need to have better PCs their last two weren’t bad just nothing special. Continuing to function w SAE and theta chi is a good idea
Sig chi- maintain? I don’t know. Everything is fresh. Make sure to bid another great PC, get invited to the big parties that SAE, Delts, and theta chi did together for Grand Prix this semester and maintain social relevance
Theta Chi- They need to have another elite PC. Their last few have been very good so just staying on the right track is what they need. They also need to throw functions like their Grand Prix ones. Those were fun. Potential is there for this house to secure a top house status as early as next semester.
ZBT- boy do they need to have a good PC. Seems like they’re just bidding anyone. Also maybe do something similar to Grand Prix with those houses that functioned together (theta chi, delts, SAE) see if they can get in that. I doubt it though
Sorry I’ve talked about those three houses a lot. There’s a lot to talk about with them lol
Beta- keep being beta. Don’t change up. They’ll always be very solid so keep it up. Maybe throw another big beta party instead of one per semester.
Ksig- they’ve gotta weed out the weirdos. Time to bring fresh food PCs into their house to gain relevance. Kind of no man’s land when you go there. Clean up the act
Dsig- kind of a sleeper. People actually go to their house. Get better PCs and solidify yourself as a good pregame house and you’ll move up from there
Phi psi- I don’t know at this point. Similar to sig chi except your name won’t keep you relevant. Clean up the act and you should be alright. Just maintain.
There really isn’t much to say about the other frats. If you want one for another then j comment it and I’ll give my description

Totally agree I just think they can separate themselves from the betas and sig chis of purdue like it be delts SAE easy tier 1 then theta chi tier 2 then the rest but I def agree they aren’t anywhere near those other two

Pi kapps had basically hit their ceiling. With the house they’re in they can’t do much more. They should focus on improving quality of the pledge classes they are initiating and try to start functioning with other houses.
Fiji has fallen off. Their most recent pc wasn’t anything special. They have to get back on track with bidding good guys like they have before and also drop the exclusivity factor. Times are changing and it’s time for them to function with your Betas SAEs Delts and theta chis of the world in order to establish that relevance again.
Pike is just miles below everyone else. They’ve gotta phase out the current type of guy in that house which is frat douche but a weird one. They’re going to need a few semesters/ years to build because with their new pledge classes it’s been the same thing. Bid cool dudes and lose the stereotypical pike look and that will be a good first step. Maybe try to function with ksig or dsig

If we are being honest here theta chi isn’t even close to top. There is a monopoly with SAE as #1 right now with sig chi on probation and Delts is just a step down. After that theta chi is next up with houses like beta but there is such a gap theta chi is gonna need consistency for years to become a true top house.
