sophomore sorority rush gpa

Hello. If I'm rushing as a sophomore with a 2.6 gpa, will I for sure get dropped? I'm an engineering major, and my gamma chi said most sororities don't raise concern for anything unless its under a 2.5, but is that true?

it depends on the sorority but i know there are a few that have higher standards than others so it’s possible a few will drop you because of it

More top houses would LOVE to have more engineering girls so they will be very understanding. Most people here know that its hard to have a high GPA if you're majoring in stem. As long as you are in good academic standing and seem like a good addition to the house you will be just fine!! xoxo happy rushing
