can i rush in fall if i dropped out last year

is it okay to rush in fall if i dropped last year? will houses think that i am bad for dropping or will they even know? and do sororities even let second years in?

you can definitely rush as a sophomore, but the dropping depends on if you dropped a house after bid day vs if you dropped out of recruitment
