Fraternity Rush Guide

Some prefaces:

Rankings are not everything but do hold a lot of significance in the quality of guys in the house.

Be yourself during rush, they always find out if you’re acting when pledging.

Keep an open mind when rushing and you’ll end up where you belong.

This being said the most relevant houses can be divided into a couple groups:

“Household Names”

Sig Chi
Delts
Theta Chi (We’ll see if this stays after fall semester)
The best known houses on campus, good pairings are a given.

“Almost There”
Beta
Pi Kapps
Kappa Sig
ZBT
All around solid houses, each have a lot of great aspects but are a bit more niche, pair decently well.

“Mid”
Pike
Phi Psi
ATO
Phi Delts
AEPi
Just decent houses, pair decently well, very mixed bag of guys in each.

“Up and coming”
Phi Sig
D Sig
AXP
KDR
Sigma Nu
All have had a significant increase in members, philanthropy and social life. There is still a lot to be desired with these houses however.

Triangle
Acacia
Skulls
Beta Sig

This is the last of the fraternities that have any kind of impact on campus. They all have knocks, but are tight groups for a specific type of person.
