yeah? it means they were able to keep enough girls in the house this year that they don’t need to do COB. it makes sense stop being ignorant

Actually, it doesn’t make sense. Try again once they never do spring recruitment consistently like Kappa. And because Chi o had to do it once this year doesn’t mean they have poor retention now when they haven’t done spring recruitment in years.
Seniors graduate in the Fall too or study abroad, you don’t have a full picture. Keep being near-sighted, TRIDELT, good luck ever leaving Indiana with that near-sighted desperation

not really, all houses have seniors who graduate in the spring, it just means the houses that don’t have to do COB have a better retention rate among the rest of their PCs
