Why dsig is lit like a candle

Heard that dsig was on the come up and knew I had to sneak into one of their functions. Turned out to be a brotherhood event and they were all just making out. Is this normal?

Oh my goddd!!!! The same thing happened to me! The short guy with the long brown hair and deep voice invited me inside though. He was a great time :)
