Yeah honestly ZBT , Ksig and Phi Psi are dying breeds. They are irrelevant at this point. Ksig should open a wine shop

SigEp has demonstrated a commitment to creating a new normal for fraternities. In the past few years, SigEp removed pledging from its membership experience and established substance-free chapter houses as the nationwide standard. We’ve done away with archaic and dangerous activities. We believe these steps were necessary to accomplish our mission of promoting academic excellence and empowering our young men to lead with integrity, not just now but for the rest of their lives. Our entire society as America benefits from a generation of values-based leaders.

Beta being number 1 is a little spirited, they won’t function again for a year, and their unreggie’s are eh. Them at 3 or 4 and I would be fine with this list.

Pike over paying good houses hundreds of dollars just to function with them, not changing the fact that their brothers are lame af at the function. Clearly did not understand quality over quantity
