The real reason sig chi is still top house

It’s because everyone just reciprocates the same ranks that have been regurgitated for the past many years. If you rushed there this year, u know everyone there was either balding or had a mustache, and they were lowkey awkward. They all seemed so full of themselves despite having nothing to show as to what actually made them cool people. I cant imagine anyone wanting to ever sign a bid there, no one ever actually talks about Sig Chi or goes there but its still a “top house” cuz ppl have just been saying that for years. Location is not ideal, guys r wack, parties dont exist. Not saying theyre the worst house but why top??
