Hop off the high horse

Your kidding yourself if you think the top 10 sororities on campus don’t factor in your image when giving bids. You don’t see houses that have a more goody two shoes - take her home to meet mom type of image like AXO or Theta bidding girls that are more wild bold and edgy. The majority of the bids they give out are to girls that would fit in aka maintain there image. Affinity bias look it up. One house’s image is not any better than any other house’s image. If your house makes cuts and doesn’t give out bids to anyone who wants one then they are bidding based on perceived image - social, goody two shoes, smart, wild, hot, rich, etc. For whatever reasons you were given a bid, some other girl didn’t receive a bid because she didn’t meet the criteria that you did and you were perceived as a better fit. But - no person is better than another. Open your eyes people- we are all part of the inevitable problem.
