virtual recruitment mighta shook things up
by: oh babyit's hard to completely tell because of how few posts there are so far but virtual recruitment might've somewhat changed GL here at purdue. it looks like some of the lower tier houses knocked it out of the park and got some AMAZING PCs. curious to see how this will affect rankings...

Aphi lost out at pref in a very major way this year. They had to dip down lower in their lost this year vs last year. PNMs weren’t stupid and they got the info about the retention issues and culture at Aphi. XO took pnms from Aphi as did Kappa and others.
PNMs focused on where they felt welcomed and comfortable and clearly many didn’t feel this vibe with APhi.

I think what really got APhi this year was their inability to give girls meal replacement shakes as a snack. let’s fit to the stereotype more ladies
