How’s recruitment going

A lot of girls didn’t realize their open house virtual interview was going to be what houses used to vote for 1st invite. A lot of girls dropped right before first invite or didn’t even finish open house. The miscommunication sucks but we had about 1100 girls signed up so we were close our usual registration number.

How on earth can houses ‘judge’ a pnm based on a 2 minute self made video? No conversation what so ever during open houses. Dumbest thing ever!
