Nah I think People will rush Ksig just because they have a nice house and the past reputation. I could see sig ep recruiting extremely well when they get their house back just because it looks nice. Phi psi is still debated to be a top tier house despite the fact they lost like 75 percent of the members and everyone hates their new guys

Right now they are in a membership review year. If they mess up or are caught breaking a rule in any way they will be kicked off so it’s safe to say that they will be kicked after this year. They had a good run.
