Lower tier houses?

I’ve seen or been told about some of these houses and i’m not sure what they’re known for because i’ve never met a guy or heard anything about them. What’s their reputations?

aepi -- decent house, nice guys, under the radar for the most part but their functions usually bring in a good amount of people
snu -- verrrry hit or miss with more misses than hits, a lil on the sketchier side in terms of both house and brothers
dchi -- doesn't really belong on this list imo, they're above the rest of the houses here. kicked off for now (rip) but, despite being a lil wild, every guy in this house can hang and most were v cute too
dsig -- low tier but throws the best parties out of the low tier imo, all the functions i went to here were packed and the guys are pretty nice
asig -- pretty small but everyone i've met in this house is nice, if a little dorky
sig pi -- mostly irrelevant, i've heard from some people that the guys can be creeps at parties, the one guy i knew in here was hot but stupid
farmhouse -- yee haw ! exactly what it sounds like lmao
