If they weren’t dry they would be. But 1-2 functions a year is not top house material sorry

beta is all nice guys/husband material which is certainly a vibe in its own right but people don't go there to have fun or go crazy. they literally don't function

Girls in top sororities do not go there all the time.. the one big function they threw with pi kapps, the only top house were chi o girls there
