What does everyone think about the virtual rush announcement? No Bid Day? WTF!

I think a lot let’s girls will rush and bottom tier houses will unfortunately not get many girls. Idk how else they would have done it but still sucks

Where did you hear this? There’s no announcement on the Purdue Greek website or social media.

Kinda shocked they didn’t move formal rush until the Spring considering it would have been easier. It’s simpler to push informal to the fall since it’s always less girls. This new virtual platform would make our already crappy WiFi slow down more with 1000+ PNMs video chatting at the same time. Anyways, I’m hoping for the best and am interested to see how this goes.

rush will be virtual and managed by each of the houses... hopefully this will make it easier to get into the higher tiers

i feel like this process is gonna mix up the rankings because there will definitely be a huge mix of girls in each house’s pc if they’re only being recruited virtually and get to pick and choose which houses they rush

Wouldn’t make assumptions until it’s officially announced yet. My recruitment chair has yet to tell us anything yet. Let’s not say things until you know the facts
