Real Frat & Sorority Ranking 2020

Okay here is the real ranking many of you will disagree but it’s the truth. Things have changed and this is how it is now:
Sorority- based off of social life and popularity
A Phi, Kappa
Chi O (could be up more if they went out, lots of pretty girls)
Pi Phi, DZ (A bit too wild for some frats), Tri Delta
Zeta (Gets invited everywhere), AXO, Theta
DG
AXID, Phi Mu
Everyone else....
Frats- based off of how girls feel about them and how often they function
Sig Chi (Obvious)
Phi Psi (Party the most and girls love it)
ZBT (Guys are actually pretty normal for once)
FIJI (Weird guys but everyone seems to love them)
SAE (Honestly this year was a bad year for them, both spring and fall had a weird pc and not very attractive)
Beta (Barely has functions but everyone loves a nice guy)
Theta Chi (Same as Beta)
Kappa Sig (Not even going to comment on)
All other frats

yea I can def see pi kapps switched w phi psi. however I find that the guys at zbt actually talk to me & treat my friends better than delts. maybe it’s bc zbt has a smaller house & isn’t as packed? idk but I will say delts has the best themes besides JT

Yeah maybe keep zbt above delts I honestly dont know as much about them as the other two

SAE DOWN!! They are not top anymore!! They can barely function and such strange guys, girls do not like to be around them!!
