what were the top houses back in the 90s 80s

Frats: Pike, Phi Psi, Sig Chi, Phi Tau ran the campus back then. It’s way different now. Pike dropped to mid tier. Phi Tau is bottom/irrelevant tier now.
sororitys: Kappa, ChiO, Aphi, and Zeta. Which all are around the same as now.
