Unless you’re in the house you’re ranking, it is so pointless to rank other houses based off of the very few friends you have in those houses or from the few people you see at a party. You have no knowledge or basis for any of those ranks and you just cause problems, so stop.

Yes I do. Actives would do the same toward a rushee. Interviewers also base interviewees off of a first impression.
