pi kapps is still not more top tier than zbt/delts

From the perspective of just who sororities like more, ZBT and Delts have far better sorority relations than Pikapps.

Example: APhi hangs out with Delts and ZBT pretty often, whereas I've never seen them hang out with people from Pi kapps consistently.

Pi kapps has been making way more moves, because of their house though, they are under delts. Delts/PiKapps/phi psi/Zbt. Zbt tries way too hard to suck up to girls. Buncha weirdos
