Y’all need to accept times are changing. These are the relevant houses this year based off sorority relationships, new pc’s, pairings, etc. Haters gon hate.

This is actually facts. With houses having worse and worse new pc’s and management, fiji and sae are on the downhill, especially since many of those past top tier houses are getting in trouble. Whereas houses like zbt, pi kapps, and delts have been throwing bangers while recruiting more and more quality people. Sororities flock to these houses. Times are changing, tiers are shifting. SAE and Pi Krapps belong on the same tier as Phag Psi. Sig Chi and FIJI are still the undisputed top houses, and that will never change.
