tips on getting a top house?

Know a couple of people with pull in said top house, be extremely handsome/ pretty, athletic, or wealthy, or have extremely strong social skills. Being attractively foreign (think Australia) is big.

Don’t worry about it though. Join one that has a ~decent reputation and the socializing you do in said house will carry your personal reputation enough you can do whatever you want.
