Theta chi is at the same level if not below AGR. Can't be on the same level as the others since they never throw the best party of a night

Kappa paired with them because there was no other option for them. When frats are in such a sad state like this, it's hardly fair to rank based off of pairing. Nothing against phi psi (I used to love them), but when you lose 90% of your members and have to rebuild, you're going to be lower for awhile. So yeah, putting them with zbt and pi kapps is actually a good place for them rn

Theta Chi at the level of PiKapps and Delts is absolutely wrong. Theta chi's party are barely even relevant in people's decision of where they're going for parties. Delts and Pikapps are the same level as ZBT. Then AGR and theta chi are below - even though agr still has an edge on theta chi

honestly none of my sisters go to theta chi. out of these upper middle houses we only go to zbt and delts. also idk when the last i went to sae was
