houses spring rush not on probo? good houses?

So far i’ve been looking at sig chi and kappa sig (are they in trouble or not?) (do either of them do spring rush) i heard sae is on probo for a while?
I’m looking at delts too they do spring rush..?
also is phi psi going to be off probo? i heard they’re done in January i’m really interested. I met a lot of their guys and ksig guys and they seem pretty cool. iKnow phi psi got a lot of dudes kicked out but they seemed to be coming to the house as they pleased and seemed to have a great brotherhood. What houses in all do spring rush and then who has the strongest brotherhood/social?
Also is theta chi, zbt, pi kapps tops houses? I’m interested then as well but i’ve heard some negative things among the positives. Any of them do spring rush?
I want a brotherhood but i don’t want a bunch of weirdos

Sig Chi is the only house you mentioned that does not do spring rush.
Probation wise: Kappa sig is one bad move from getting kicked off campus. Delts are not in any form of major trouble or probation. I believe phi psi gets some of their restrictions lifted in January but will still be on probation. ZBT is in some trouble right now but nothing major. Theta chi and pi kapps are not in any form of probation
If you’re considered about brotherhood, every house you mentioned has a large number of members and will have a solid brotherhood, but you won’t get much of a pledgeship experience with ZBT.
