spring rush

found out beta doesn’t do spring rush so replace them with theta chi

I can talk a little about some aspects that can't really be argued. Stuff like brotherhood is really hard to compare house to house so I'll leave that out.

Academics:
Theta Chi and pi kapps are both a lot better than du and delts academically. In general there are smarter kids in these two houses. Pi kapps is probably the smartest.

Social:
Pikapps, delts and theta chi tend to party and pair with a lot of similar houses. Some would argue pikapps and delts are slightly better socially but it can be toss up. Du is probably a teir down socially. Any of these houses you will have plenty of parties to go to so social standing shouldn't be a huge factor.

Physical house:
Du, theta chi and delts all have pretty large nice houses. Pi kapps has an older house that is smaller but still not to bad.

Campus involment:
Pi kapps wins this easily. The others are a toss up.
