Lol half the houses lied... straight up admitted it at the recruitment PanHellenic meeting too. Not gonna look good for those new mems when they see the truth

Actually, Aphi is on the low end of all the houses cost wise. It’s a beautiful house. They keep prices lower because the house is owned by the chapter, not their nationals or the university.

A phi is a little above 5,000 a semester... definitely on the high end lol
