They ALL did exceptionally well!!! Every house killed it this this year!!!

Alpha Phi and Kappa did incredible as usual.
ChiO, DG, Zeta, Theta, Pi Phi, DZ, AXO, DDD did amazing.

And the following get better every year and are doing really well
AOPi, SK, Phi Mu, AXid

Still improving and got good girls Gphi, AGD and SDT

Final comment: If you go by looks, every house got gorgeous and sweet girls!

DZ and APhi did well but my friend in Zeta said they lost a ton of girls to DG, AChiO, and Theta...this was their worst rush in history. I hope they bounce back. Chi O did just mediocre by the looks of it.

You really have no idea how no idea how rush works if you think the 125 girls who were invited to pref were the top girls the house loved throughout the entire recruitment. There were three rounds before that for the house's top PNM'S to drop the house before pref, which means girls they DIDN'T want filled in those vacated slots instead.

Even if a house got all the girls they wanted back, the girls that are highest on their bid list all accepted a bid somewhere else. That's what people mean when they say a house didn't do well.

I know EXACTLY how rush works. And you just proved my point with actives that have CRAPPY rushing skills. How many actives dumped a girl after speaking to them for 5 minutes? How the heck can that active truly gauge what that pnm is all about after a 5 minute incredibly SUPERFICIAL conversation.? That pnm DID NOT get asked back when that PNM could have been given a chance to return for another party for a house to then realize- this pnm is terrific! How many houses only have approximately 2-3 actives Rushing a pnm- and if that active is NOT popular in the house her rush crush can forget about it. Why is it that pnm’s are only meeting about 4 -5 actives if not less ? Is that a true representation of a sorority? All the videos/skits and showmanship is just that/- acting.

I know for a fact many houses dirty rushed telling pnm’s how great they were and how they were a perfect fit only to get dumped. That’s plain cruel. How many actives were asked- ‘why did you choose your sorority or describe your sisterhood’ only to get fake answers such as it’s genuine sisterhood when you know darn well there are girls in a house who are not necessarily liked and are catty with each other.

If a sorority didn’t get their top 125 - they have only themselves to blame as they look for superficial characteristics in pnm’s , thus having crappy rushing skills and are dumping qualities pnm’s.

You really are terrible at debate. You act as if PNM's have no control during recruitment. Recruitment is a two-way street - the actives need to sell their house to a PNM in an hour or less and the PNM has to want that house. You don't think PNM's know the system, fake loving a house just to get asked back, and then don't put that sorority down on their own list? There are way too many of them.

Just because a chapter doesn't get all their 125 top invites back doesn't mean they look for superficial qualities in PNM's, nor does it mean their actives have crappy rush skills. It could just very well mean a PNM saw themselves fitting another house more or were faking it just to get asked back.

Nevertheless, a poor return rate on pref round generally represents the overall caliber the house, not just the actives' rushing skills. That's why lower mid and bottom tier houses struggle with getting top tier PNM's to come back. Plus, skits haven't been a thing for years, and there's only one round where actives show a 3 minute video. Trust me, you either don't go to this school or you REALLY have no idea how rush works.

Well by all means let’s allow fraternity guys to “form their opinions” on our new members....WHO GIVES A SH _ _??

We all took the women who we wanted and who ultimately chose us. We owe them our respect and love—and WHO CARES what a bunch of “frat guys” think?
To let them judge us and rank us is so old-fashioned....we need to look elsewhere for approval, like within our own chapters!
