Here are the end of the year fraternity rankings factoring in the severity of probations.

This is the rankings of the relevant frats, so the bottom isn't actually bottom obvi there's houses like aepi, asig, sig tau but they arnt even in the the same league so I left them out. Bring on the hate idgaf I'm a multi platinum artist. 2 chains out

Times are changing, zbt is easily the most hated frat now that phi psi is gone, but there newer PC is less sleazy and has pull, still a lot of creepy guys and dudes willing to rat out other houses, but it's a step in the right direction. Pi kapps has remained the same despite all the opportunities in front of them. Delts is rising but I wouldn't say sororities like them as much as zbt. DU has become a solid middle tier house with a decent amount of pull especially to their bigger parties despite their tendency to all blackout in mass and not talk to any of the girls. And the older class at dchi still has a lot of their connections, and those of us that are upperclassmen know that houses potential, it's just a question of whether they can make a come back to it.

ZBT might have taken a small step in the right direction, but I still would not put them equal to SAE or in a category titled "close to top"
It should go:
Close to top: SAE
big gap
Middle:
ZBT
Pi Kapps/Delts
It's a small change on paper but it much more accurately reflects how people actually feel about these houses.
