theta, dz, dg
middle:
axo, zeta, tri delt
phi mu, axid
bottom:
kd, sk
aopi, g phi, agd

Well, WHO decides which house and in what order is top tier, middle tier? It's all a matter of opinion and perception. DZ has beautiful women who are down to earth and like to have fun. They pair with top fraternities for functions and philanthropy, so of course they should be top tier.
