It happens sometimes here. A couple that I know that takes juniors are Delta Sigma Phi and Tau Kappa Epsilon. Not so sure about others.

Delta Sigma Phi will give bids to Juniors. I a few juniors pledged fall 2012 and arent even living in next year. Definitively stop by D Sigs and see how you like it. I love it here.
