Idk as a guy from the middle tier I find all of them pretty annoying tbh

A higher percentage of these girls are more attractive than most houses. Doesn't mean there's not hot girls in all the other houses, but having two or so hot girls in a house won't make top frats want to pair

I won’t consider Chio a top tier house anymore. They are good but have been slipping every year. A phi, Pi phi and kappas are top tier.
