Every single thing about this post is wrong lmao. Dsig phi delt and aepi, have way less attractive, way way creepier dudes and Terrible to nonexistent parties. Also lmao Beta has one of the best national names out there, theta chi nationals are also pretty strong, and DU nationals are strong in the midwest/north

Pretty sure everyone posting here is not understanding, DU is really not that good always pair with SK who might as well be on the bottom tier. Beta is dry but they do have a nice house. Overall guys are ok. Theta chi literally bidded everyone and are like a ZBT or Pike. Probably the best out of the 3. You can honestly pair them with the other 3 houses. D Sig is most similar to Beta. AEPi and DU are pretty similar. Both have a solid mix of guys, good function areas, and pair with decent sororities. Phi Delts and Theta Chi guys are similar and both have decent houses. All in all DU, Beta, and Theta aren’t much higher than D Sig, AEPi, and Phi Delts. My best prediction is by next semester or the fall they will be the core of the middle tier.

Alright so this kid is clearly a brother of on of the said houses that are trying to make a case that they are relevant when they arnt. Chill your ta’s bro. Sorry but d sig, aepi, and phi delts suck. Like this isn’t a convo. First of all Beta is dry but that doesn’t stop girls from the top tier from coming over just to hang, zeta (despite the jokes about zeta pairing with them to be close with phi psi) LOVES theta chi and they have a ton of theta’s and DGs that are the same way, and finally DU most frequently parties with AXO, Tri delt, and KD as of late and has chi o and DZ come every once in a while. All three of them are solid houses and have good brothers and party together frequently. As for the other houses in this convo, every single one of them parties with g phi and agd and the rest of their attendance is made up of geeds. Sorry about it

Aepi and phi delts strugle to pull sororities without houses like SDT. Meanwhile DU beta and theta chi party with solid middle and upper middle tier sororities, even pulling top houses to their bigger functions. Like it's not even close to a competition man.

I'm in one of those sororities and can guarantee that none of those houses, unless you're Phi Mu or SK, ever go to DU :) nice attempt at trying to make DU look relevant though!!
