Would it/where would it be acceptable to rush as a junior transfer student?

If you're rushing as a Junior in the spring you'll have a tough time finding a house. Most pledges are seen as an 'investment' in that they'll be around to contribute and be active members for a few years and you'll only really have one year left. Good luck though.
