theta chi upper tier

Is Theta Chi upper tier now? I hear they function with A Phi and Fiji now.

Theta Chi hosts maybe 1 or 2 functions a semester. They the same as beta. When they start hosting decent functions once a week like every other house above them post this.

I mean if you consider upper tier as in paying Fiji almost $1000 just to show up, then sure.

I mean delts paid for all of jersey Tuesday to party with Sig chi, theta chi is just following their lead except instead of just paying for all of the function they are also paying for other dudes to come over and make the function not suck.

Say what you want about Theta chi but that party was actually pretty fun, didn't run out of beer, people didn't leave early, and opened their courtyard, definetely a solid showing

Courtyard was huge that’s for sure, definitely not top tier house but it was a good party.
